Who we are
BigBangIndex is operated by Kodeit.io, an independent web development and AI consultancy. We provide a curated directory of AI tools with honest, reproducible scoring.
Data we collect
We collect the minimum required for each feature:
- Newsletter email - only if you subscribe via the signup form. Stored to deliver AI Tools Radar.
- Tool submission details - if you submit a tool, we capture the tool name, URL, your email, and the description you provide.
- Server logs - standard request logs (IP, user-agent, path, timestamp) retained for 14 days for abuse prevention.
- Aggregate analytics - we may use a privacy-respecting analytics provider (no cookies, no fingerprinting) to count page views.
How we use it
- Newsletter emails are used only to send AI Tools Radar. No drip campaigns, no upsells.
- Tool submissions are reviewed manually and either published, declined, or held with a reply to the submitter.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
- We don't enrich your email against third-party data brokers.
Third parties
We host on Hostinger. Forms forward to Telegram (operated by Telegram Messenger Inc.) for editorial review notifications. External tool links lead to the tool vendors' own sites - we're not responsible for their privacy practices, please check their policies before signing up.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email hello@bigbangindex.com from the address in question. We respond within 7 days.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email. The unsubscribe is effective immediately.
